 Ann joined the practice in 1995 as a trainee dental nurse/receptionist. She qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2000 and obtained a Professional Diploma in Dental Practice Management in 2005. She is registered with the General Dental Council and a member of the British Dental Practice Managers Association and an associate member the Faculty of General Dental Practice (UK). She regularly attends management development seminars.
