Dental implants are an option for replacing a missing tooth or teeth. They involve having a titanium screw(s) surgically placed into the jawbone, onto which a crown, bridge or denture are fixed at a later date. Because the titanium screw integrates into the bone, implants and the restorations they support can last a very long time and be very secure. We are fortunate to have an implant surgeon, Mr Guy McLellan, place these implants here at the practice.
