Tooth-Coloured (White) Fillings
Tooth-coloured filling were first introduced over 40 years ago, and the latest generation of materials offer the optimum in aesthetics and durability. They can be matched in shade and shape to the individual tooth. Because they are adhesive restorations, traditional retention features do not have to be cut into the tooth, and so more of the tooth can be preserved. Furthermore, because they are adhesive and aesthetic, they can also be used to make chair-side veneers, instead of the more traditional laboratory-made porcelain veneers.
